Working with Jo has been brilliant. Following a long period of inactivity due to joint inflammation I felt really nervous about exercising my body and I was fearful about hurting myself. I signed up for a programme of 1-to-1 sessions. Jo really listened to me and understood my concerns. Jo built a 1-to-1 programme which gently got me moving again and built my confidence. Jo is motivational but not pushy. She encourages you and works with you as you grow in ability and strength. I have now had the confidence to move from 1-to-1 sessions to group sessions. Jo’s small group sessions are perfect, especially if you find big classes at leisure centres intimidating. Jo also modifies the group exercises to fit each persons ability. I would recommend Jo to anyone but especially those who have not exercised for a while. Thank you Jo for getting me moving again.
I really enjoy my Runfit session. Jo encourages us to push ourselves with the perfect balance of strength and cardio work, setting goals that are achievable in our hectic family lives. It’s the highlight of the week!
