All Studio classes are suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise and those who exercise regularly. You work at your level (maximum of 5 people per class).

A running club of 2 groups - beginners and intermediate, focusing on strength, stamina and stretch

Mojo Group


MoJo Group is small group training for women which is run during term time. I keep each group to a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 in each session to ensure all my clients feel that they get the most out of each class.

These sessions are not bespoke to your individual aspirations, but are well balanced, all round sessions. Classes are focused on total body conditioning and depending on which class format you choose, have a mix of free weight and body weight resistance exercises and cardio bursts.


MoJo Strength and Conditioning

Monday - 9.30am

A low impact class. Hand held weights and body weight exercises are used to help you become stronger and more toned.


MoJo Go

Thursday - 9.30am/8.00pm Friday - 9.30am

High intensity interval training MoJo style - we alternate between high intensity and low intensity exercise during this total body workout.


MoJo Circuits

Monday - 2.00pm

This class will help to increase your stamina and strength and help to trim and tone. A series of exercises are performed in a circuit format with the use of eg hand held weights, kettlebells and bands and powerbags.


£10 per session

Block of 6 sessions - £54 (saving of £6)

Block of 12 sessions - £100 (saving of £20)

Please note, that all studio classes must be pre-booked. Please either message, email or phone.

Please do give as much notice as you can if you are unable to make a booked class (preferably 24 hours), in order that your space can be offered to someone on the waiting list. I realise that life does not always afford us that luxury, so please speak to me if you have paid for a block but unforseen circumstances mean you to have to cancel last minute.
