I signed up for a programme of 1-to-1 sessions. Jo really listened to me and understood my concerns. Jo built a 1-to-1 programme which gently got me moving again and built my confidence. Jo is motivational but not pushy. She encourages you and works with you as you grow in ability and strength. I have now had the confidence to move from 1-to-1 sessions to group sessions.
