9.30am - 10.30am  MoJo Strength and Conditioning

2.00pm - 3.00pm  MoJo Circuits

 

Tuesday

8.00pm - 9.00pm  MoJo Runfit

 

Wednesday

9.30am - 10.45am  Alexandra Sports Running Club - beginners running course.

 

Thursday 

9.30am - 10.30am  MoJo Go

7.30pm - 8.30pm    MoJo Go

 

Friday 

9.30am - 10.30am  MoJo Go

 

Please note that all studio classes must be pre-booked.  Please either message, email or phone.  

Please do give as much notice as you can if you are unable to make a booked class (preferably 24 hours), in order that your space can be offered to someone on the waiting list.  I realise that life does not always afford us that luxury, so please do speak to me if you have paid for a block, but unforseen circumstances mean you have to cancel last minute.
